Cement. It's usually not at the top of a Christmas list, but in sub-Saharan Africa, it's a generous gift. Cement is the main component of most of our water and sanitation projects. In many of our communities, it's also one of the most expensive pieces of these projects. Although not glamorous, this gift will help transform lives for our neighbors in Africa.
